7- DAY EXCHANGE POLICY 
(NOT valid for On-sale items / Pre-order/ Accessories )

 

首先,感謝您選擇INTENT Style Collection!我們十分希望您在這裡找到心儀的服裝,以下是我們的退換條例:

1. 退換期限

  • 顧客需於收到商品2天內聯繫我們,並於 7天內 完成退換。
    **寄出日為第一天 七天內完成換貨 intent不承擔因選擇寄送方法而收貨延遲的風險
    **如因顧客要求未能即時寄出(包括等待pre-order免費集運或旅行等其他原因 如有顧累請要求到付現貨)之現貨,保存超過3天(付款日期起計)後便不可作任何更換


2. 退換條件

  • 僅可更換不合Size的貨品穿不下的換貨,客人需親自到店換貨現貨,不設退款。(INTENT Style Collection 對於因購錯SIZE產品換貨而產生的郵費不承擔責任。)
  • 主觀原因(如色差、穿著效果不如預期等)恕不接受換貨。請客人在下單前仔細閱讀文字描述及查看圖片,若有顧慮,建議親自到 showroom 購買。
  • 如店員發覺非因尺寸問題而要求換貨,我們有權拒絕該換貨要求。
  • 如同一購物帳號換貨次數異常,我們保留退換服務的權利。
  • 商品必須保持原狀,未經使用、洗滌或修改。
  • 商品必須附上原包裝及所有標籤。


3. 訂單確認

  • 請在付款前仔細檢查訂單清單。或下單完成後查看確認電郵及早通知我們改正,一旦商品發送/預訂成功後,因錯誤訂單而提出的換貨要求將不被接受。

4.顏色顯示

  • INTENT Style Collection 已盡力在自然光下展示產品的顏色。由於不同的顯示器和光源(例如室內照明)可能導致顏色差異,因此我們不接受因顏色差異而產生的換貨要求。
  • 默認以Display相片為準

5. 退換流程

  1. 聯絡客服
    請通過我們的客服WhatsApp 69375776聯絡我們,提供訂單號及退換原因。
    客人需指出不合穿部份及其尺寸,這幫助我們推介你合適的商品。

  2. 確認時間
    如無問題,我們將確認你到店換貨申請及確認時間

  3. 處理換貨
    一旦我們收到退回的商品,將進行檢查,當天到店完成退換。

6. 不可退換商品

      折扣貨品/ 預訂貨品/ 飾物不適用

 

 

 

7-DAY FAULTY ITEMS RETURN

有破損或錯誤描述的商品,如果商品有破損或與描述不符,我們將提供替換商品/退款。

條款和以上7- DAY EXCHANGE POLICY 相同。如需退款,退款將通過原支付方式進行處理,並在確認退款後的 2-4 個工作日內返還。此情況我們承擔有關運費

7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
(NOT valid for On-sale items / Pre-order / Accessories)


First of all, thank you for choosing INTENT Style Collection! We greatly appreciate your support and hope you find your desired clothing here. Below are our return and exchange policies:

1. Exchange Period

  • Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item and complete the exchange within 7 days.
    The sending day is considered the first day. INTENT does not bear the risk of delivery delays due to the chosen shipping method.
    If the customer requests a delay in shipping (including waiting for pre-order free consolidation or other reasons such as travel), items in stock that are held for more than 3 days (from the payment date) cannot be exchanged.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • Only items that do not fit (size issues) can be exchanged. Customers must visit the store for an exchange and no refunds will be issued.
    (INTENT Style Collection does not bear the shipping costs incurred for exchanges due to incorrect size selection.)
  • Subjective reasons (such as color differences or unsatisfactory fit) will not be accepted for exchange. Customers are advised to read the product description and view images carefully before placing an order. If there are concerns, we recommend purchasing in person at the showroom.
  • If staff determine that the exchange request is not due to size issues, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
  • If the same shopping account has an unusually high number of exchanges, we reserve the right to deny exchange services.
  • Items must remain in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Items must include original packaging and all tags.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Please carefully check your order list before payment. If you notice any errors after completing the order, please notify us promptly via the confirmation email. Once the item is sent or the order is successfully placed, exchange requests due to incorrect orders will not be accepted.

4. Color Display

  • INTENT Style Collection has made every effort to display product colors in natural light. However, due to differences in monitors and lighting (such as indoor lighting), color variations may occur, and we do not accept exchange requests based on color differences.
  • Default to using display photos as the standard.

5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Please contact us via our customer service WhatsApp at 69375776, providing your order number and reason for the exchange.
    Customers should specify the part that does not fit and its size, which helps us recommend suitable products.

  2. Confirmation Time
    If there are no issues, we will confirm your request for an in-store exchange and the time for the exchange.

  3. Processing Exchanges
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and complete the exchange on the same day at the store.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Discounted items / Pre-order items / Accessories are not applicable.

7-DAY FAULTY ITEMS RETURN

For damaged or misdescribed items, we will provide a replacement or refund.
The terms are the same as the above 7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY. If a refund is required, it will be processed through the original payment method and returned within 2-4 business days after confirmation of the refund. In this case, we will bear the related shipping costs.
