    凡購物滿 HKD $400,即可享有香港本地順豐免運費優惠。

2. 你們選用哪間物流公司?可以親身取貨嗎?
我們統一選用 順豐速運 (SF Express)。
訂單滿 $400:享順豐免運費服務。
訂單未滿 $400:需額外支付 $20–$25 運費(視乎所選取貨方式)。
選順豐自取,地址欄目直接填寫順豐點碼和地址,無需輸入私人地址
Showroom 自取:
僅限預約取貨,請先行與我們聯絡。
妳可以在結帳頁面自由選擇最合適的配送方式。

 

3. 付款後多久可以收到貨品?
我們承諾所有現貨貨品(不含標示為 "Pre-order" 之預購款)
將於 2 天內寄出。
本地配送 (順豐):寄出後約 1–2 個工作天送達。
國際配送:約 7–14 個工作天送達。 包裹寄出後,我們會透過電郵向妳發送追蹤編號。

 

4. 接受哪些付款方式?
我們接受信用卡、PayMe、FPS(轉數快)及支付寶(Alipay)。
請根據結帳頁面的指示查看付款資訊,並完成付款。

 

5. 可以要求換貨或退款嗎?
一般情況下,我們僅針對瑕疵貨品提供退款服務。
每筆訂單僅限處理一次換貨或退款,詳情請參閱 [Exchange & Refund] 頁面

 

6. 退回貨品後,我可以超過 7 天後才選擇換貨產品嗎?
為確保處理效率及避免爭議,如需換貨整個換貨流程必須於退貨後 7 天內 完成。

 

7. 如果貨品缺貨會如何處理?
如遇貨品斷貨,我們將安排依你的付款方式全額退款。
若該訂單曾使用特定優惠或折扣,
退款金額或將以購物金 (Store Credit) 形式存入妳的 Intent 會員帳戶。

 

8. 我需要尺碼建議,你們有尺碼表嗎?
有的。

1. What are the shipping costs?
Complimentary shipping via SF Express
is available for all local Hong Kong orders over HKD $400.

2. Which delivery services do you use? Can I pick up my order in person?
Orders over $400: Enjoy free SF Express delivery.
Orders under $400: A shipping fee of $20–$25 will be applied depending on your selected method.
For SF Express Self-Pickup: Please enter the SF Business Station/Locker Code and its corresponding address directly in the address fields. There is no need to provide your home or private address.
Showroom Pickup: Collection at our showroom is available by appointment only.
Please contact us in advance to arrange a time.
You may select your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.

3. When will I receive my order?
We are committed to a 2-day dispatch for all in-stock items (excluding those marked as "Pre-order").
Local Delivery (SF Express): Typically arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery:
Typically takes 7–14 working days.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, PayMe, FPS, and Alipay.
Please follow the instructions provided on the checkout page to view payment details and complete your transaction.

5. Can I request an exchange or refund?
Generally, refunds are only applicable to faulty items.
Each purchase is eligible for an exchange or refund service once.

6. Can I choose my exchange items more than 7 days after returning the original product?
To ensure efficiency and avoid disputes,
the entire exchange process must be completed within 7 days of the return.

7. What happens if an item is out of stock?
In the event of a stockout, we will arrange a full refund.
Please note that if the order involved specific promotions or discounts,
the refund may be issued as Store Credit to your Intent member account.

8. Do you have a size guide?
Yes.
All measurements provided on our website are taken in inches with the garment laid flat.
