1.How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer free shipping discount for Local HK delivery (default HK post/>$400 SF Express).
For Taiwan/Macau/China region, we will offer free shipping if you shop more than HKD$300! 

2.What delivery services are you using?Can I choose the one I favour?
We are using HK post (郵局) and SF Express (順豐).
Purchase less than HKD$400 we will offer you Free Hkpost shipping; more than HKD$400 will have SF Express free shipping service.
Yes! You can choose your shipping method on the checkout page.
You can add $10-$40 to enjoy other shipping method. 

3.When will my orders be delivered to me after the payment is verified?How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We promise 2-day delivery (Not including the products marked as pre-order).
We will notice you by an E-mail with the tracking number(if available) after delivery.
The normal delivery time for HKpost / SF express is 1-2 days. For international delivery, it takes 7-14 days.

4.What can I do if I cannot receive my products?
If you choose HK Post - non-tracking shipping service,
please try to check your mailbox for a white card if you cannot receive your products  after 3-4 days.
It will happen if the apartment mailbox has limited space and the security guard refuses to keep any parcel.
A card will be allocated another day so that you can collect the products from the nearby post office
(within 14 days or post office will send back the parcel to us). 
If you choose HK post tracking shipping service/ SF express, a tracking number will be sent to you to track your parcel.
 
5.Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please refer to the link Shipping & Delivery (International) .

6.What payment method do you accept? Can I pay by ATM instead of credit card online?
We accept payment by credit card/payme/bank transfer.
Yes. You can make a human to human order by contacting us using Email/ Facebook inbox/ WhatsApp 69375776.
Simply PrintScreen and paste it inside the contact box on our website is absolutely fine too.
We will calculate the amount for you -> reply your E-mail within 24 hours -> Pay by the given BOC/HSBC Account -> Order finished ! 

7.Can I request an exchange or refund? Can I do more than once?
You can exchange any products with same value/by adding value but no refund is available.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost.
We only accept refund for faulty items.
Exchange/Refund should be done within 7 days in showroom. Only once for each purchase. Please refer to Exchange & Refund.

8.After I have returned products to you, can I choose my exchange products after 7 days?
To prevent unnecessary disputes, the whole process must be finished within 7 days.

9.What if my order arrived is found faulty or damaged?
You can get a full refund/exchange a replacement product and we will be responsible for all the shipping cost.

10.What happens if my item goes out of stock?
We will offer you a full refund (except the 1st attempt to be VIP).

11.Do you offer gift wrapping?

All INTENT products will arrive beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. 

12.I need help in choosing my size, do you have a size guide? 
Yes. All measurements stated on our website are measured in Inches with our products laid flat.
