What service does HK post/ SF express Provide and how do we cooperate?

Provide post tracking service. We will provide you the number inside the shipping confirmation E-mail.

- Have more than 130 service spots for you to pick up your parcel after work (some of them close at 10pm!)Please refer to 順豐速運服務中心 / 順豐站 / 順豐智能櫃
- and use it to fill in the Address blank when checking out.
- Use SMS to notice parcel arrival and verify recipient identity.
- No extra charge for delivery to commercial/industrial building. Staff will call when parcel arrival as to make sure somebody is here to sign after receiving the parcel.
- 住宅區上門派送
- Need to add extra for sending to residential address. Staff will call to make sure somebody is here to sign after receiving the parcel.

- Good way to use for delivery to residential apartment.
- For ordinary packet(平郵), they don't provide post tracking.
- For Smart Post (掛號) they provide tracking number to make post tracking easy.

Delivery Time : 2-14 working days
*Intent send out the parcel by hkpost 2-3 times a week.
*If the postman cannot reach you during delivery. Big parcel may either collect by buildings' safeguard or be sent back to your nearest post office due to insufficient space of apartment mailbox. A card will be sent to you to collect the parcel from post office. Please do so within 14 days if this happened or the parcel will be treated as abandoned and will be returned to us.
7- DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
(NOT valid for On-sale items / Pre-order/ Accessories )
If the products don't fit (只接受現貨size太窄穿不下換貨 客人需親自到店換貨 如店員發覺非此問題而換貨 有權拒絕換貨要求 )(主觀原因/相片已顯示的因素/色差/ 穿得不如想像中美等等恕不接受 請客人看清楚文字描述及圖片才下單 若有顧慮請到showroom購買) , you can exchange those products with any products in our shop, subject to the following conditions :
(Accessories is non-exchangeable due to hygienic reason)
1. Items must be returned within 7 days (Sending day as the 1st day )( must contact us within 2 days counting from the day of receiving the parcel to ensure the quality of return goods) of purchase with the original package or tags (if available). However, only once by following the procedures below.

- Exchange appointment must be made to proceed the exchange service. Customer must specifically state the unfit part. 和intent作實換貨時間為完成換貨申請，未完成申請者恕未能換貨。客人需指出不合穿部份及其尺寸。
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed.
3. Exchange only available face to face at shop.
4. No cash refund is available.
5. INTENT Style Collection reserves the right for final decision.
6. INTENT Style Collection has made every effort to display the colour of products under nature sunlight. Colour may vary by different monitor/ sources of lighting e.g.indoor lighting. So, we do not accept exchange due to colour difference.
( INTENT Style Collection will not be responsible to any postage due to product exchange.)
7. Please check order list before payment. Once the items have been sent, request of exchange due to wrong order is not acceptable.
Procedures:
1 Please check the products ASAP after taking them home. Contact us via facebook/whatsapp within 2 days after you get the product(s) (Otherwise, exchange/refund will not be eligible) . If exchange is needed, please state the exchange reason.
2 Come to our physical shop to proceed the process in person. That can make sure the products fit you. :) The whole process must be done within 7 days.

7-DAY FAULTY ITEMS RETURN
If an item is faulty or wrongly described then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 7-day (Sending day as the 1st day) .
